Medical Experience

- I have a firm belief in natural childbirth and I encourage women to have vaginal delivery. In my opinion, caesarean section is the last resort. Both expats and Thais are increasingly concerned and apprehensive about the alarmingly high caesarean section rate (70%) in all private hospitals in Thailand. Many are afraid of being railroaded into having an unnecessary caesarean section. The sad truth is that they are right. Patients under my care can rest assured that I will treat them just like a doctor would in a Medical School in England. Most of my patients who wish to have a normal delivery, usually have their wish fulfilled: 70-80% of them have vaginal births.
