I am writing to ask you to please pass on my sincere thanks to Dr Nophadol Suppipat, periodontist at Bumrungrad. I found his manner to be very caring and considerate. He explained the procedure that was to be undertaken very well, leading to me being well informed about what was going to happen and as to what I should expect. Consequently, I felt very safe in his hands throughout the procedure.
Afterward he gave me clear instructions about looking after my newly operated on mouth and clear expectations for the healing period. On previous visits to other departments at the hospital, I have sometimes felt Bumrungrad to be a little bit of a 'conveyor belt' and this was a refreshing return to the kind of care I hope for from health care professionals in whom I entrust my well being.
