内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术
内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术 是用以检查评估、诊断、确定胆管和胰管系统疾病治疗方案的方法。如胆结石、肿瘤、增生引起的胆管阻塞，其他原因引起的胆管狭窄，结石、肿瘤引起的胰管阻塞，尤其是十二指肠乳头附近的胆管结石引发的胰腺炎。
该检查方法是将内镜与X光装置配合使用。内镜从病人口中插入，经过胃，插入小肠，找到十二指肠乳头，再向胆管内注入造影液，根据情况，医生可能切开胆管，以取出结石。一般情况下，手术的伤口在一周内便能恢复。若发现有阻塞现象，医生将用管道工具将其打通，使胆汁流进肠内。
