    Monthly Rates

    ➢ Electricity monthly usable allowance (applicable for monthly rates):
        o THB 50 / sqm for Studio unit                             o THB 70 / sqm for Two Bedroom unit
        o THB 60 / sqm for One - Bedroom unit               o THB 80 / sqm for Three Bedroom unit
        Any excess will be chargeable at THB 7 per kilowatt hour exceeded, subject to prevailing VAT, where applicable.
    ➢ Security deposit requirements :
         o 1 month deposit for bookings between 3 to 5 months
         o 2 months deposit for bookings 6 months & above
    ➢ Additional charge for daily breakfast at THB 550 net per person and monthly breakfast at THB 13,500 net per month per person.

    Additional Charge:
    ➢ Breakfast The attached rates are inclusive of the stated number of breakfast if indicated. If any additional breakfast sets are required, the additional sets shall be charged based on the price quoted.
    o Adults (12 years old onwards) THB 550 nett per person per day.
    o The child (4-11 years old) THB 380 nett per person per day.

    ➢ Extra Bed
    o Extra bed includes 1 breakfast THB 1,500 nett per unit per person per day.
    o Extra bed excludes breakfast THB 850 nett per unit per person per day.

    ➢ Children Policy
    There is no charge for children sharing with parents using existing bedding. Additional cost and bedding is available at a charge. Refer to participating properties children policy.

    Cancellation Policy : In the event:
    (1) Any cancellation and/or amendment made less than the required advanced notice indicated in the attached rate sheet, of any cancellation and/or amendment in the period of stay set out in the reservation; Cancellations must be received in writing or
    (2) the occupant has not checked-in by 24:00 hours on the night of the check-in date reserved
