Pet Policy
• The breed of dog should be no heavier than 15 kg and should not be of the ferocious type nor have the nature for excessive barking
• No more than 2 pets per apartment is permitted.
• Pets are prohibited in the property’s common areas, lobby, 4th floor facility desk and restaurant.
• When taken out of the apartment, all pets must be properly leashed. All pets should enter the building through the car park.
• Walking pets is allowed at the area of the building only, not in front of the building and the entrance.
• When walking your pet outside the apartment/room, please ensure that you carry a plastic bag and the necessary tools to clean up after your pet.
• To ensure timely service and safety, please keep your pet caged or leashed when our staff enter the room. This includes but is not limited to housekeeping service, maintenance and delivery.
• Chatrium host is not allowed to walk the pet or provide any other services related to pet care.
• The guest/resident shall be responsible for cleaning waste deposits of the pet within or outside the apartment. • Disinfect charge at 5,000 Baht net per month and per pet will be apply.
• Deposit of each pet at 25,000 Baht is also required to cover any damage inside the apartment caused by the pet. The deposit is refundable if there are no any damage charges.

Cancellation Policy : • We reserve the right to cancel any booking unless guaranteed with the guest credit card or pre-paid.
• Any cancellation must be notified at least 14 days prior to arrival without penalty.
• Cancellations less than 14 days of arrival or no show will be charged for three nights of the daily rate base on hotel website + 10% SVC +7% VAT by deduct from the booking fee (if any) or charge to credit card guarantee.
• For limousine service, minimum 24 hours advance cancellation is required otherwise a no-show charge will be applied.
