Useful For (ประโยชน์การทดสอบ):
The reflex testing process begins with the Oncomine Precision Panel (50 genes) - Cell-Free assay using a blood sample. If the result is negative, the patient will then undergo testing with the Oncomine Precision Panel (50 genes) - FFPE assay to search for targeted therapies. However, if the Oncomine Cell-Free result is positive, there will be no need for FFPE testing. This approach is particularly beneficial for patients who have both blood and FFPE samples available but seek early molecular testing from blood to help guide treatment decisions. The assay detects SNVs, InDels, CNVs, and gene fusions across 50 key genes in both blood and FFPE samples, providing comprehensive biomarker detection for optimizing cancer treatment.
