Patient Preparation (การเตรียมตัวผู้ป่วย):
In case buccal swabs, Do not eat, drink (except for water), smoke, brush your teeth or chew gum for 1 hour before collecting the buccal sample
 
Collection Specimen Or Container (สิ่งส่งตรวจ/ภาชนะ):
Blood/ K3 EDTA (Lavender Top) 3 mL, 2 tubes/ or PGx Buccal swab* (2 tubes)

Whole blood EDTA /or Extracted DNA from cheek cells (buucal swabs)

Buccal swab sample
In the event where a sample was not adequately collected, damaged upon arrival to the lab or forms were not filled in their entirety you will be resupplied with a new buccal swabs for sample recollection.

Buccal swab sample
