หมายเหตุ กรณีถ้าผู้ป่วยมีค่า platelet count น้อยกว่า 60,000 cell/µL. ให้เจาะเลือด ACD blood อย่างน้อย 40 mL. เพื่อตรวจ Associated Ig-G antibody/ auto antibody
