Clinical Information (ข้อมูลทางคลินิก):
Test Method: Pathological review of the tissue section before molecular analysis. Sample was extracted using AllPrep DNA/RNA FFPE Kit (QIAGEN). With use of multiplex real-time PCR technology, using a CE-IVD certified AmoyDx® Pan Lung Cancer PCR Panel (Amoy Diagnostics Co., Ltd). It screens for 167 hotspot alterations in EGFR, ALK, ROS1, KRAS, BRAF, HER2, RET, MET, NTRK1, NTRK2 and NTRK3 genes in tumor
tissue specimens.

Note: The test was designed for FFPE tissue. The sample containing degraded DNA or RNA may affect the ability of the test to detect the intended mutations or fusions. Sample with negative result (Not detected) may harbor mutations or fusions not detected by this assay.

Limit of detection:
For DNA mutation, the kit allows detection of 1-5 % gene mutation in 10 ng DNA amount.
For RNA fusion, the kit allows detection of 25 copies/µl gene variant RNA.
