Rejection Criteria (เกณฑ์ปฏิเสธสิ่งส่งตรวจ):
  1. Specimen in formalin or dry swab will be reject.
  2. Specimen >1 hour at room temperature, 18oC to 25oC will be reject.
  3. Specimen >24 hours old will be reject.
  4. Specimen with preservative, formalin, or PVA fixative will be reject.

ในกรณีที่ผล Culture ไม่ขึ้นเชื้อจะออกผลว่า No Growth for E.coli  ไม่ทำการทดสอบ Shiga toxin ต่อ
