    Cancellation Policy :

    • In the event of cancellation after reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation charge are payable.
    • There will be no penalty in case your notification of cancellation is received by us at prior 3 working days (72 hours before check-in time) consecutively (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to check in date.
    • If the notification of cancellation is received by us via fax less than 3 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Thai’s public holidays) prior to check-in date, a penalty equals to one night’s room charge will apply.
    • No refund in case of guest’s no show.
    • For acceptance of cancellation, Centre Point will be sent the notification of acceptance in return.
