Cancellation Policy : In the event that you or your travellers need to cancel a confirmed reservation at our hotel, they must either contact the property direct or our Reservations Sales Office (+66 2 254 0404) or e-mail us at [email protected] prior to 6pm on the date of arrival to cancel the reservation. Failure to contact and cancel a guaranteed reservation will result in a cancellation charge of that night‟s room and tax. The remaining nights will automatically be cancelled.
