Terms & Conditions
  • You will receive a 10% birthday discount code upon downloading or updating the Bumrungrad Application and completing your profile with your Hospital Number.
  • The birthday discount code will be available in the 'Offers & Vouchers' section of the app.
  • You can copy the discount code from the app and apply it to receive a 10% discount at checkout on the Bumrungrad Online Store.
  • The birthday discount code is valid only for online package purchases with the 'Buy Now' option.
  • The birthday discount code cannot be used for purchases at the hospital.
  • The birthday discount code is valid for a one-time use only and expires at the end of your birth month.
  • The discount code cannot be applied to appointment packages or packages valued at 100,000 or more.
  • If the birthday discount code is used in conjunction with other promotions, the discount will be applied based on the original price.
  • After completing your purchase, you can schedule your appointment for a convenient date. The validity of the appointment depends on the terms and conditions of the purchased package(s).
  • A complimentary 'Birthday Gift' can be claimed when receiving services at the health screening center during your birthday month only.
  • The hospital reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • ท่านจะได้รับรหัสส่วนลด 10% เนื่องในเดือนเกิด เมื่อดาวน์โหลดหรืออัปเดตแอปพลิเคชันบำรุงราษฎร์ พร้อมกรอกประวัติ และหมายเลขประจำตัวผู้ป่วย (Hospital Number) ของท่านเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้วเท่านั้น โดยรหัสส่วนลดจะปรากฎในเมนู 'ส่วนลดและแพ็กเกจของคุณ' ภายในแอปพลิเคชัน​
  • ท่านสามารถคัดลอกรหัสเพื่อใช้เป็นส่วนลด 10% เมื่อซื้อแพ็กเกจออนไลน์ได้ทันที​
  • รหัสส่วนลดเนื่องในเดือนเกิด ใช้สำหรับซื้อแพ็กเกจสุขภาพออนไลน์บนเว็บไซต์บำรุงราษฎร์ ที่สามารถ 'Buy Now' ได้เท่านั้น​
  • รหัสส่วนลดเนื่องในเดือนเกิด ไม่สามารถนำมาใช้ที่โรงพยาบาลได้​
  • รหัสส่วนลดเนื่องในเดือนเกิด สามารถใช้ได้เพียง 1 ครั้ง และสามารถใช้ได้ภายในเดือนเกิดของท่านเท่านั้น​
  • รหัสส่วนลดเนื่องในเดือนเกิด ไม่สามารถใช้กับแพ็กเกจนัดหมาย และแพ็กเกจที่มีมูลค่า 100,000 บาทขึ้นไป
  • กรณีใช้รหัสส่วนลดเนื่องในเดือนเกิด ซื้อแพ็กเกจที่อยู่ระหว่างร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ​ มูลค่าที่ลดจะถูกคำนวณจากราคาปกติ
  • หลังซื้อแพ็กเกจเรียบร้อยแล้ว ท่านสามารถนัดหมายเข้ามารับบริการภายหลังได้ในวันที่ท่านสะดวก โดยอายุการใช้งานจะขึ้นอยู่กับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของแพ็กเกจที่ท่านซื้อ​
  • สิทธิพิเศษ ‘ของขวัญวันเกิด’ มอบให้เฉพาะผู้ที่ทำนัดเข้ารับบริการ ณ ศูนย์ตรวจสุขภาพ ภายในเดือนเกิดเท่านั้น
  • โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขโดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
