On December 23, 2024, Bumrungrad International Hospital donated three Mobile Mammography and Breast Ultrasound coaches to Pattani Hospital in Pattani Province, Raman Hospital in Yala Province, and Ra-Ngae Hospital in Narathiwat Province. The value of the three vehicles amounted to approximately 54 million baht in total. The project has been supported by the Board of Investment (BOI).

The objective is to distribute diagnostic and treatment services to various communities nationwide, especially in providing early-stage breast cancer screening to the public. This allows people to have convenient and widespread access to breast cancer screening, increasing the chances of complete recovery. It also helps reduce waiting times and travel expenses for patients and their families in remote areas. The aim is to contribute to the promotion of better health and well-being for the public, while fostering sustainability in society moving forward.

The donation was presented by Ms. Oraphan Buamuang, Chief Financial Officer of Bumrungrad International Hospital, and Prof. Korpong Rookkapan, MD, Chief Administrative Officer of Bumrungrad International Hospital, on behalf of the hospital, at Pattani Provincial Hall.
