End of 2024: R-SA Bumrungrad Mobile Clinic Visits the People of the Bang Kachao Community

On November 29th, 2024, Bumrungrad International Hospital and the Bumrungrad Hospital Foundation, together with the RAKxa Wellness Bang Kachao, held the 6th R-SA Bumrungrad Mobile Clinic visit of 2024, this time at the Wat Bang Nam Phueng Nai School in Samut Prakan Province.

The R-SA Bumrungrad Mobile Clinic has been serving communities for over 22 years, with the mission of providing high-quality, international-standard medical care and services to underserved communities. All services are offered free of charge, and each year, the mobile clinic visits numerous communities across the country.

The success of the mobile clinic is made possible by the generosity of volunteers. On this particular trip, a team of 80 individuals, including doctors from Bumrungrad’s Medical Clinic, Orthopaedics Center, Children’s Center, and Eye Center, along with specialist nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, and staff members, provided essential treatments, care, and screening services. In addition, they supplied lunch and common household medicines to help patients manage their health at home. Over 300 people received treatment, and more than 90 bedridden patients were given survival kits.
