Bumrungrad International Hospital held a press conference titled, “Unlocking the Future of Screening & Diagnostics with Photon-Counting CT Technology” for the launch of photon-counting CT technology at the hospital. The press conference was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The panel discussion highlighted the use of photon-counting CT technology in medical diagnostics. This cutting-edge, AI-powered technology delivers high-resolution images, enabling doctors to detect diseases at earlier stages and significantly improving the accuracy and speed of diagnoses. With its enhanced image quality, it leads to more precise treatment planning and further advances preventive medicine. Additionally, this technology reduces patient radiation exposure, marking a significant leap forward in medical care and enhancing both efficiency and safety in healthcare. Bumrungrad is the first hospital in Thailand to implement this technology, which has attracted considerable media attention.
