The Expatriate Liaison Center at Bumrungrad International Hospital is a one stop information desk, supporting new and existing expatriate patients and their companions who are living in Thailand.

With a multilingual staff, the Expatriate Liaison Center will focus on the various needs of expatriate patients and guests, while helping expatriate navigate their way through the hospital.




Expatriate Liaison Center Services include

• One Stop Information Desk on 2^nd Floor at BIH Building and 10^th Floor at BIC Building
• Providing hospital facilities’ information
• Giving general Insurance and billing information
• Appointment and escort on request 
• Hospital tour for expatriate in English and other languages on request
• Assistance with Interpreter Services
• Expatriate patient feedback
