Chronic Tendonitis

Chronic Tendonitis is an inflammation of a tendon. It is the ongoing tightness and tendon pain ranging from mild to severe. It usually feels worse when you first start to move. Then eases up as muscles get warmer. Causes of tendonitis can include repetitive or prolonged activities, minor impact on the affected area or an injury as well as age.
 
Tendonitis can occur in any of your tendons but it is most common around the shoulders, ankles, elbows and feet.
