  • Inject cement into collapsed vertebra
  • For bony support and relieve back pain
  • Can partially restore height of the collapse vertebra
  • Can partially correct kyphosis deformity (kyphoplasty procedure) 
  • Hospital stay after surgery for 1-2 days
  • Wound healing 7-10 days
